Domino's Pizza

I always go through these guys when ever we want pizza. They are always fast, friendly, and the very rare occasion that they mess up they are always polite and make sure to get everything fixed!! Keep up the good work guys!!

Service was fantastic. Both counter people, a young man and woman were a breath of fresh air

Pizza was burnt and much of the crust was bare......Philly Steak was missing peppers and onions.....Employee said that was normal.....but l knew it wasn't like lhad brforeso l chose different when it was replaced. Next pizza wasn't burnt but t much of crust was still bare.

Service was on spot and the pizza came out fresh! I highly recommend this store!

Always friendly. Great experience. Love the drive through. Always on time. Has never messed up our order. Great location too bad there aren't more restaurants in this area but I am really happy that Dominos is.

Pizza here is really hit or miss. I've had a couple of really really great ones. But other times like today, the sauce wasn't even warm and the cheese was barely melted. Friday night and the place seemed to be run by high school kids. Not going back till they train their people better. $20 down the drain

Chicken is always soggy

The pizza was pretty alright, but the fact that it wasn’t cut at all threw the taste away. It also took an hour for the pizza to get there. I was sad and had to rip apart my pizza by hand, it was terrible. So sad, 10/10 please cut my pizza next time.

Absolutely love the Domino's on Garden Ave. Food is always made correct, and delivered hot. Joan is an AWESOME delivery driver...She's very friendly and always has a Smile on her face....Great Smile 😁 and fast on delivery

I'd say a year ago this location left a lot to be desired. Repeatedly had orders. Essed up and paid for toppings I never got, without them fixing the error. But over the past few months tgsyve improved dramatically! Love the app and the coupons, and how close they are to our house

Prompt, accurate service, tasty ingredients, and the drive-thru window for picking up carryout orders (especially those I place and pay for online) is great. This location in particular is nice on the inside, though, and I think they renovated it just a few years ago. While they've not yet tempted me to dine-in at this location, it's still one that is clean, efficient and fast for carryout.

When will I ever learn to stay away from Dominoe's Pizza. Don't waste your time ordering online (or by phone, or in person). As others have said, the online tracker does not update to reflect a late delivery. We cancelled after waiting 45 minutes after the scheduled delivery time. I deleted the app from my phone and blocked their email address. NO MORE DOMINOE'S!

These guys make the best food! They're quick with the delivery time as well & everyone that works there, on any given day, are just awesome people!

Finally, Dominos has a place to just sit and have some good pizza.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! FOOD CAME OVER AN HOUR LATE AND WHEN I ASKED TO SEE HOW THE PIZZA WAS DRIVER LITERALLY COULD HAVE MORE DRAMATIC! Called office to explain and they gave me more attitude stating I didn't have correct contact info and it was basically my fault! Ha. I was told I would get a reimbursement delivered to me. Called today and supposedly nothing was ever documented and they couldn't help me! Hahaha

So sorry, but I cannot recommend, except: avoid! Wings took almost an hour to go the two blocks to my hotel, then arrived just warm--just at that unappetizing "between" temperature that brings out any slightly spoiled flavor overtones. The meat was fully cooked, yet it tasted old--like when food soaks up fridge odors. The shift manager did apologize, but informed me, after about 15 minutes of holding and redialing because the line went dead, that this is just how it is when they're very busy with too few delivery drivers. So, I surmised, my order must have traveled all around town, including onto Ft. Huachuca, and then to me, finally (literally at last) on the way back. Realizing pizza is the specialty, I wondered if I should give this location another chance, but remembering the so-so iffy taste of that chicken will keep me from ordering here again.

The employees at this restaurant go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. My 2 yr old was wanting to play and the manager provided her with chalk to use on their massive chalkboard and she colored an amazing mural with her. Its humans being bros stuff like this that makes me come back again. Thank you ladies at Dominos

I love going to that location because the way they treat me and my family. It is exceptional. Those guys are great!

The problems noted below have been corrected and I have upgraded from three to five starts based upon the excellent service and SUPERIOR pies. ....................... I used the web site to order take out as it is significantly cheaper. When I arrived, I gave a counter person (person 1) my order number. She said "it will just be a "couple more minutes". I waited but never say #1 again. After some minutes counter person #2 (who was on the phone at the time of my entry asked "are you being helped?". I replied I was by the other person. More waiting. Counter person number two asks "what's you name?", I gave it and she found my pie on the shelf. She gave the pie to me and turned away. I said, don't you want me to pay. She responded " I thought the other person had helped you." So I was dissatisfied with the overall performance but satisfied with both counter person #2 and the quality of the pie. Poor communication among the workers may send me to another store next time,

I placed my order online. The delivery tracker eventually said my order was delivered but it had not been delivered yet. I called the store just to check on it and the man who didn't give his name cut me off mid sentence and very rudely said it was just him and one other person. I said that was fine he just didn't need to be rude he then hung up without asking for my address or anything, this is the first time I had a bad experience with Dominos.

If held against your will, this place delivers until midnight. A little pricey for chain pizza. BBQ chicken pizza did not have any bbq sauce!? And, no garlic butter with order. Cinnamon knots are a guilty pleasure, redeeming from 2 stars.

We order from this location quite regularly and have always had great service. The staff is friendly and helpful and the pizza is always good and fresh! Tammy made our pizzas today and they are delicious!

I placed an order over the phone. Employee took my order and credit card info then hung up. Called two hours later and there was no record of my order. I talked to manager, who clearly did not care. I travel a lot and this is the worst experience I have had at a dominoes. Employees do not care and you might not even get your order. If it turns out they stole my credit card info, I will update the review.

We waited for our order for well over two hours. The online tracker said our pizza was delivered over 10 minutes before we called the first time. I sat on hold for 10 minutes just to be told they were behind on orders because of the holiday so our food may or may not be on its way. Called back again 30 minutes later after not receiving our order just to be told it would take an unspecified amount of time so we decided to cancel our order. I’m extremely unhappy with the service, non communication, and 3-5 business days I’m being forced to wait for my refund.

I can't believe that you let one of your best personal (David). He would always look out for every single person that would walk through the door. Plus he would go out of his way to make sure that the customer was truly satisfied with the pizza that we have ordered.

Had a pleasant experience. Very clean and friendly staff. The young lady that answered the phone helped me find the least expensive way to go with the items I wanted. Pizza was awesome. Not drowning in sauce.

Always on time or early, hot food, made well. Had an issue with an order once a long time ago that they fixed immediately and delivered quickly. Would highly recommend.

Food taste good but got skimped on the food prep ordered extravaganza, specialty chicken and pasta. They had to redo my chicken because the sauce were so burnt and the new one rarely have sauce on them. My chicken carbonara pasta literally have 2 piece of chicken in it lol never again ordering from here.

But if you don't know about the specials the help isn't allowed to tell you if you don't ask. Seems counter intuitive. Good deals is why I go back to a business, so get it right Domino's

The wings are not that great, had to visit B Dubs to purify my taste buds. But the pizza is on point. Along with the response delivery time. Also love the late hours versus all the others closing by 10. Lately, their ordering online system is a cake walk for being on base, the others is hopping through hoops.
